Job summary

Lowes Foods, LLC is seeking a Personal Shopper to efficiently pick guest orders for our online ordering program and build rapport with guests to understand their needs. You’ll gain hands-on experience in eCommerce, logistics, and grocery retail while supporting in-store marketing and community outreach.

The role emphasizes a friendly, energetic, and proactive approach, with responsibilities ranging from order picking to basic device maintenance and guest service, all in a dynamic store

Qualifications

• Friendly, energetic, genuine, and outgoing personality.
• Strong people skills with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and concisely.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to walk, bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to read and understand information and take direction.
• Ability to work with computers, handheld devices and basic Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Pick guests' orders based on operational guidelines and best practices.
• Interact with guests in a genuine, fun, and interactive manner.
• Work efficiently and purposefully when picking, staging, and carrying out orders.
• Properly greet and review orders with guests.
• Effectively and safely handle, bagging, and loading of orders.
• Record any variances on guest pick list.
• Maintain records applicable to position and LFTG and transmit data as scheduled.
• Perform basic maintenance on hardware and software.
