Job summary

Lowes Foods, LLC is seeking a Personal Shopper to efficiently pick guest orders for our online ordering program (LFTG). This role involves engaging with guests, maintaining accuracy, and contributing to our fastest-growing sales channel.

You will gain hands-on experience in eCommerce, logistics, and grocery retail while supporting marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic, and can provide genuine guest service with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality.
• Strong ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and concisely.
• Ability to work well with others and adapt to differing viewpoints.
• Able to lift 25 lbs consistently and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Comfort with using handheld devices and basic Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Pick guests’ orders based on guidelines and best practices.
• Interact with guests in a genuine, fun, and interactive manner.
• Work efficiently when picking, staging, and completing orders.
• Greet guests and review orders.
• Handle, bag, and load orders safely.
• Record variances on guest pick list and maintain records.
