Job summary

Lowes Foods is looking for a friendly Personal Shopper to join our fast-paced team for Lowes Foods To Go online ordering. You will masterfully pick orders, interact with guests, and build relationships to understand their needs and preferences, while supporting eCommerce goals.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in eCommerce, logistics, customer service, and grocery retail, with opportunities to assist marketing programs and promote the program in-store.

Qualifications

• Friendly, energetic, and outgoing personality.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Pick guests' orders based on guidelines and best practices
• Interact with guests in a genuine, fun, and interactive manner
• Work efficiently when picking, staging, and fulfilling orders
• Properly greet and review orders with guests
• Handle, bag, and load orders safely
• Record variances on guest pick lists
• Maintain appropriate records and transmit data as scheduled
• Perform basic maintenance on hardware and software
• Maintain station and equipment
• Communicate service issues with store management
• Conduct in-store promotions of the program
• Assist with community marketing efforts
• Provide in-store guest service as needed
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
