Job summary

Lowes Foods, LLC seeks a capable supervisor for the Lowe's Foods To Go program. You will lead a team of Personal Shoppers, coordinate schedules, and ensure accurate, friendly, and efficient order fulfillment for guest orders.

You will build guest relationships, monitor performance, and maintain high standards of sanitation and safety while promoting the fastest-growing sales channel for the store.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising and developing a team of associates.
• Strong communication and people skills for guest interactions.
• Ability to learn multiple tasks and use basic computer tools.
• Comfortable handling schedules and performance metrics.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities
