Lowes Foods, LLC seeks a personable Personal Shopper to pick orders for our online Go To Go program. You will engage guests, ensure accurate selections, and help build guest relationships while supporting eCommerce goals.

The role involves operating in a fast-paced retail environment, assisting with in-store promotions, and maintaining equipment and stations. Prior experience in customer service is valued.

Qualifications

• Friendly, energetic and outgoing personality.
• Strong people skills and professional communication.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Pick guests’ orders based on guidelines and best practices.
• Interact with guests in a genuine, fun, and interactive manner.
• Work efficiently when picking, staging, and carrying out orders.
• Greet and review orders with guests.
• Handle, bag, and load orders safely.
