Job summary

Lowes Foods To Go is seeking a Personal Shopper in North Carolina to expertly pick guests’ online orders and build guest relationships for our fast-growing eCommerce channel. You’ll work with guest interaction, order accuracy, and in-store support to ensure top service.

Ideal candidates are friendly, energetic, and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, with comfortable tech use and teamwork in a busy grocery setting.

Qualifications

• Friendly, energetic, genuine, and outgoing personality.
• Strong people skills with clear, professional communication.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Pick guests’ orders based on guidelines and best practices.
• Interact with guests in a genuine, fun, interactive manner.
• Efficiently pick, stage, and carry out orders.
• Greet guests and review orders.
• Safely handle, bag, and load orders.
• Record variances on guest pick list.
• Maintain records for LFTG and transmit data as scheduled.
• Perform basic maintenance on hardware and software.
• Maintain LFTG station and equipment.
• Communicate service issues to support resources and store management.
• Conduct in-store promotions of the program.
• Assist with community marketing activities.
• Provide in-store guest service (bagging, locating products, cleaning).
• Maintain professional appearance and attitude.
• All other duties as assigned.
