Responsibilities

• Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk selects and gathers products for online orders with freshness and quality.
• In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and load orders to cars for pickup.
• Scan and bag orders while following bagging standards.
• Notify customers of substitutions or exceptions at pickup time.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for easy shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Receive orders, store products in proper temperature zones, and ensure order accuracy.
• Communicate with customers professionally via portable phone and calls.
• Follow POS procedures and handle out-of-stock substitutions.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
