Job summary

Kroger is seeking an Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk to assemble and load customers' online orders for pickup, with attention to freshness and quality. You will scan and bag items on the go and communicate substitutions when needed, delivering orders to customers’ cars and ensuring accuracy.

You will process coupons and payments at the POS, maintain staging areas, and provide a positive shopping experience that encourages repeat online orders.

Qualifications

• Ability to work without supervision.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk selects and gathers products for on-line orders in the most efficient manner with attention to freshness and quality.
• In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for on-line orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payment, and deliver and load orders to cars at pickup.
• Scan and bag orders on the go following bagging standards, and communicate substitutions as needed.
• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, accuracy, and service.
