Hero Vired is seeking a Senior Academic Associate (Degree) to drive consultative B2C sales of online UG & PG programs to working professionals, freshers, and students. You will guide prospects through enrollment from inquiry to admission, ensuring a seamless learning journey and strong conversion.

The role emphasizes outbound outreach, demos, and CRM-driven management in a dynamic startup environment with a focus on achieving targets and delivering high-quality customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 0-5 years of experience in a B2C sales environment.
• Familiar with Dialler Operations and CRM management (Salesforce, Lead Squared, NoPaperForms).
• Excellent communication, listening, and persuasion skills.
• Demonstrate ownership and ability to establish processes from scratch.
• Startup experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to new prospects and follow up with leads to achieve sales targets.
• Engage candidates through telecalls, demos, emails, and chats to deliver a compelling learning experience.
• Guide leads toward degree programs (BA, BCom, BSc, MA, MCom, MCA, MBA).
• Develop engaging discussions to ensure enrollment in learning programs.
• Utilize data-driven sales management and CRM tools to manage the sales funnel.
• Adhere to high-quality sales practices and drive results to meet targets.
