This position leverages experience motivating individuals to move from thinking to doing to attract, enroll, and set the stage for the retention of career-oriented students. This position also guides prospective students to make the smart decision to invest in their future by enrolling in a graduate and/or online program. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
- Act as first point of contact for prospective students considering enrolling in a graduate and/or online program at the institution;
- Engage primarily by telephone with prospective students to discuss educational goals, answer questions, and provide application support, with additional communication via email and text as needed;
- Discuss admission requirements, program offerings, student interests, and career goals based on program of choice;
- Meet metrics by demonstrating high level of product/program knowledge and meeting specific student recruitment goals Manage prospective student records, application materials, and follow-up documentation in the computerized database;
- Validate enrollment data and collaborate with internal departments to address discrepancies as needed;
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of university student services, financing options, and resources available to support student success;
- Maintain accurate knowledge of graduate and/or online programs, university student services, and peer institutions’ offerings;
- Use critical thinking and sound judgment to assess student needs, identify solutions, and engage department faculty when additional support is needed;
- Work effectively with coworkers as part of the student services team to ensure each student’s experience with the institution is professional, service-focused, and productive;
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree is required;
- Master’s degree is preferred.
