Job summary

Unified Platforms, a remote-first performance marketing firm, is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own multi-channel paid campaigns for online degree recruitment, from first click to enrollment.

You will manage budgets, optimize CPL/CPA and ROAS, and collaborate with admissions, creative, and marketing to align messaging with institutional goals. 2–3 years of hands-on experience required; India-based remote role with leadership access and incentives.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Experience generating leads for online degree programs or edtech is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven optimization.

Responsibilities

• Plan, run, and optimize multi-channel paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Design high-converting lead funnels from inquiry to enrollment.
• Manage budgets to improve CPL/CPA while maximizing ROAS.
• Test ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and targeting using real data.
• Collaborate with admissions, creative, and marketing to align messages with goals.
• Own dashboards and attribution to track performance and trends.
