Job summary

Fred Anderson Toyota of Asheville is seeking an Internet Sales Manager to respond to internet inquiries and maximize profit on internet sales. You will manage communications by phone, email or in person and drive promotions across the dealership’s internet channels.

Responsibilities include taking photos of inventory for the website, maintaining an up-to-date customer database, and coordinating promotions with other advertising efforts.

Qualifications

• Some college preferred.
• 2+ years of internet sales in a dealership setting preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and internet capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Well organized, able to establish priorities and handle multiple projects with minimum supervision.
• Excellent typing and telephone skills.

Responsibilities

• Responds to internet customer inquiries and ensures dealership maximizes profit on internet sales.
• Communicates with internet customers via phone, e-mail or in person and responds promptly to inquiries.
• Sells/leases and delivers a minimum number of units as set by management.
• Coordinates internet promotions with other dealership promotions and advertising.
• Ensures that the website address is displayed in all dealership advertising.
• Takes photos of dealership inventory for the website.
• Maintains an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business.
• Assigned other projects by the General Manager.
