Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Word, Excel and other computer applications.
• Excellent typing and telephone skills.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• 2+ years of internet sales in a dealership setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internet customer inquiries via phone, email or in person.
• Sell/lease and deliver a minimum number of units as set by management.
• Coordinate internet promotions with other promotions and advertising.
• Ensure dealership website address is displayed in all materials and advertising.
• Take photos of inventory for use on the dealership site.
• Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business.
• Handle other projects as directed by General Manager.
