Job summary

Fred Anderson Toyota of Asheville is seeking an Internet Sales Manager to respond to online inquiries and maximize profit on Internet sales. The role involves communicating with customers via phone, e-mail, or in person, and driving promotions across channels.

You will maintain customer data, manage inventory photos for the site, and collaborate with the team on improving dealer promotions. Some college is preferred, with strong MS Office and communication skills required.

Qualifications

• Some college is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Word, Excel and other computer applications including internet capabilities.
• Must be well organized, able to establish priorities and handle multiple projects with minimum supervision.
• Ability to compose letters and initiate correspondence independently.
• Excellent typing and telephone skills.
• Strong interpersonal and excellent verbal communication skills.
• 2+ years of internet sales in a dealership setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responds to Internet customer inquiries and ensures dealership maximizes profit on Internet sales.
• Sells/leases and delivers minimum units or more as set by management.
• Coordinates Internet promotions with other dealership promotions and advertising.
• Ensures website address is prominently displayed on all dealership materials and advertising.
• Takes photos of inventory for the dealership site.
• Maintains an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business.
• Assigned other projects as directed by the General Manager.
