Job summary

AutoNation is redefining the car-buying experience and seeks a driven E-Commerce Sales Associate to guide customers from online and phone inquiries to an in-store experience. You will respond promptly to leads, answer questions, and help customers select their perfect vehicle while negotiating terms to meet budgets and lifestyles.

You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences before and after purchase, driving loyalty, and coordinating with service teams to ensure

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Respond to online, phone, and in-person inquiries to guide vehicle purchases.
• Explain terms and options to fit customers’ lifestyles and budgets.
• Close deals in a no-haggle environment while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Follow up post-purchase to support ownership experience and loyalty.
• Transition customers to the Service department as needed.
