Bill Cole Automall is seeking an Automotive Online Customer Service Specialist to handle inquiries across internet, email, social media, text, chat and phone. You will assist customers in selecting vehicles and drive appointments for demonstrations, using an understanding of online customer psychology.

You must communicate clearly, manage time effectively, and work weekdays through Sundays during business hours.

Qualifikationen

• Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be available to work 8:30am–7pm, Monday–Sunday during open business hours.
• Must adhere to attendance guidelines; regular attendance is essential.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking are required.
• Must be self-motivated and goal oriented.
• Must be able to hit sales quotas and closing percentages.
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver license.

• Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate vehicles.
• Understand internet customer psychology to set appointments for vehicle demonstrations.
• Direct customers to online resources and product information.
• Check email frequently and respond immediately.
• Forward inquiries to other sales personnel and departments as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales and Management to ensure customer satisfaction throughout dealership experience.
