Qualifications

• Basic understanding of relevant tools or concepts depending on the specific role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Respond to online inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Contact prospective customers to answer questions and discuss pricing when appropriate.
• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on sales appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM.
• Follow up on internet leads and showroom visits.
• Use approved templates to communicate and provide resources.
• Push appointments to the CRM and monitor virtual retail notifications.
• Support equity mining and service-to-sales opportunities.
• Meet monthly activity and performance expectations.
• Complete OEM Internet Representative certification and ongoing training.
