The role emphasizes quality assurance, data accuracy, collaboration with Admissions and Enrollment Management, and training of Online Enrollment Advisors, with some evenings or weekends required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in higher education admissions, enrollment services, student records, or a related high-volume processing environment; OR an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs advanced admissions processing for an assigned portfolio of online applicants, including reviewing applications and supporting documentation, verifying completeness and accuracy of records, evaluating applicants against faculty-approved quick-admit criteria, and processing admissions-related documents and transactions.
• Processes applicants who meet established quick-admit standards and routes applicants who do not meet those standards for further review.
• Independently manages assigned queues and prioritizes work to support application deadlines, service expectations, and enrollment goals.
• Serves as a primary subject matter resource for UTA Online admissions processing.
• Researches and resolves complex application, record, and documentation issues; provides processing guidance to Online Enrollment Advisors and other stakeholders; coordinates with appropriate university offices; and escalates policy exceptions or complex cases as needed.
