Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume document processing with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Respond to inquires from stakeholders related to missing documents or incomplete applications.
• Support international document processing and evaluation of credits.
• Serve as an active member of processing and operations teams on additional projects.
• Contributes to cross-functional enrollment operations initiatives and assists with guidance across the Texas Student Experience portfolio.
