The University of Florida’s Division of Enrollment Management is seeking a dynamic, service‑driven leader to join our team as the OneStop Manager. This role is central to our collaborative work across the University Registrar, Admissions, Student Financial Aid and Scholarships, and the University Bursar.

As the leader of a high‑volume, fast‑paced service unit, you will guide a team of OneStop Advisors who deliver integrated, student‑centric enrollment support through virtual, self‑service, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise OneStop advisors and manage day-to-day operations.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to support high-quality enrollment services.
• Monitor daily caseloads across phone systems, Gator360, and service queues to ensure service-level expectations are met.
• Generate and maintain statistical reports to support planning and decision-making.
• Assist with presentations and workshops for prospective and current students and families.
