The Senior Director, UNT One Stop leads the integrated enrollment and financial services at the University of North Texas System, overseeing admissions, financial aid, student accounts, and registration across multiple campuses and channels.

Reporting to the Associate VP, this role directs One Stop operations, contact centers, and digital services, partnering with campus units to ensure exceptional student experiences and streamlined processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and seven years of closely related professional experience.
• Experience leading senior directors and managers across enrollment-related services.
• Knowledge of university policies for enrollment and student services.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior operational leadership across UNT One Stop and related services.
• Lead and align multiple service channels (in-person, phone, digital) for a consistent student experience.
• Develop workforce plans, training, and performance management across teams.
