Job summary

The Senior Director, UNT One Stop at University of North Texas System provides senior operational leadership across admissions, financial aid, student accounts, and registration, overseeing in-person, phone, and digital services.

You will align operations across Eagle Student Services Center, Frisco, Discovery Park, and remote channels, building a high-performing team and partnering with campus offices to enhance student experiences and enrollment outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and seven years of closely related professional experience.
• Experience leading directors, managers and professional staff across multiple service functions.
• Knowledge of enrollment and student services policies and practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop partnerships with campus stakeholders and external partners.
• Experience with CRM and service-delivery technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior operational leadership across UNT One Stop services.
• Lead alignment of operations across multiple service channels and locations.
• Develop workforce plans, performance expectations, and resource needs.
• Partner with Admissions, Financial Aid & Scholarships, Registrar and other offices to strengthen services.
• Establish SLAs and use data to drive service improvements and outcomes.
• Lead multi-modal outreach and proactive student support initiatives.
