Job summary

The Senior Director, UNT One Stop at the University of North Texas in Denton provides senior operational leadership across admissions, financial aid, student accounts, registration, and related enrollment services, guiding in-person, phone, virtual, and digital channels.

Reporting to the Associate VP, you will lead directors and managers, foster a student-centered experience, and partner with campus offices to ensure consistent service delivery across locations while driving workforce planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Seven years of related professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior operational leadership across UNT One Stop functions.
• Lead multi-location service delivery and channels (in-person, phone, virtual, digital).
• Develop workforce plans, performance standards and continuous improvement.
• Establish partnerships with campus offices to ensure coordinated service.
