Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations, supervise and develop staff, manage workflows and service standards.
• Foster a seamless no-wrong-door experience, resolve complex student issues, promote accessibility and inclusion.
• Partner with campus stakeholders to align processes, messaging, and student support efforts; participate in strategic planning, onboarding, retention, and student success initiatives.
• Continuously improve enrollment processes, maintain compliance with regulations, support audits, and lead policy, process, and system changes.
• Monitor and analyze operational metrics, provide actionable reports to leadership.
• Optimize student-facing technologies and digital resources; use data-driven insights to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Develop and deliver clear, timely messaging related to procedural changes, deadlines, and service updates.
