Job summary

Baylor University’s One Stop Enrollment Management team seeks a One Stop Representative to guide prospective and current students and their families on admissions, financial aid, student accounts, and other enrollment services with accuracy and courtesy.

The role emphasizes frontline service, multi-channel support, and collaboration across offices to ensure a seamless student experience, while complying with FERPA and university policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; one year of relevant work experience required.
• Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant work experience preferred.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current students and families on admissions, financial aid, student accounts, and enrollment questions via in-person, phone, email, chat and other channels.
• Engage directly with students and families, offering guided, individualized assistance during the workday as needed.
• Resolve inquiries accurately and escalate complex issues as appropriate.
• Document student interactions, research accounts in university systems, and maintain accurate records per procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to support a seamless student experience and ensure compliance.
