Champaign County Regional Planning Commission is hiring a Coordinator One-Stop to oversee daily operations and partner activities at the East Central Illinois WorkNet/American Job Center and affiliates in Champaign, IL. You will supervise Receptionist and Career Coaches, serve as on-site liaison, and support referral and customer-tracking systems.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in related fields and experience in public programs, with strong coordination, communication, and data reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Public Administration, Workforce Development, or related field.
• Experience in customer service, coordination, or public program operations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with databases and data reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations and partner activities within the East Central Illinois WorkNet/American Job Center and affiliates.
• Supervise the Receptionist and Career Coaches and act as on-site liaison between partners, staff, and management.
• Oversee reception and resource rooms, referral and customer-tracking systems, and staff training coordination.
• Assist in coordinating events and facility usage to ensure a seamless, integrated customer experience for job seekers and employers.
