Job summary

Dynamic Works Institute seeks a One Stop Operator to lead multiple teams across the Workforce Center ecosystem, ensuring programs meet funding requirements and deliver compliant services.

The role requires strong supervision, strategic planning, and collaboration with partners, with a focus on efficiency, quality, and community impact. A Bachelor’s degree and five years in service leadership are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Services, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in a service industry, with at least three years in supervisory/operations management.
• Strong business knowledge of customer service best practices and performance management.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills; strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coach, lead and develop Workforce Center teams to meet funding requirements.
• Implement and reinforce customer flow and service standards across partner organizations.
• Oversee triaging of customers and manage referrals between programs.
• Oversee inbound and outbound phone system for the American Job Center and ensure proper routing.
• Coordinate with Language Line Services for interpretation/translation for non-English-speaking customers.
• Facilities and Safety Management, including timely addressing of cleanliness and repairs.
• Ensure adequate and quality coverage of the AJC computer lab/Resource Room and staff training.
• Oversee partnerships with Wagner-Peyser program including RESEA and Universal Services.
