The Workforce Program Coordinator serves as the central coordinator of the local American Job Center, ensuring that job seekers and employers experience a seamless, high-quality system of workforce services. In this role, the Operator organizes day-to-day center operations, facilitates collaboration among WIOA partners and community agencies, and supports integrated service delivery so customers can easily access employment, training, and support programs in one place.
The Workforce Program Coordinator helps align workflows, referrals, and communication across partners; monitors performance and customer experience; and recommends improvements to the local workforce board to enhance effectiveness, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree and a minimum of 2-years management experience aligning organizational objectives to organizational goals; achieving operational goals and exceeding customer expectations (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
