Job summary

Educational Data Systems, Inc. is seeking a One-Stop Operator to coordinate the Middlesex American Job Center. You will oversee operations, align staff and partner agencies with workforce strategies, and promote integrated service delivery for jobseekers, businesses, and communities.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration across funding streams, and adherence to regulatory requirements. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with travel as needed and a focus on

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
Experience managing people, facilities and multi-partner environments.
Proven ability to build and sustain partnerships across diverse stakeholders.
Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related systems.
Valid driver’s license and vehicle required.

Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate all functions and daily operations of the One-Stop Center.
Provide vision and supervision to staff and partner agencies for integrated service delivery.
Lead cross-functional teams across funding streams and regulations.
Promote improvements in referrals, enrollments, and service delivery.
Lead partner meetings and MOUs/IFAs development.
Engage employers and support public relations and outreach.
Ensure compliance with workforce regulations and customer service standards.
