Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree as specified or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 5+ years in service industry, 3+ years in supervisory/ops management.
• Skills/Abilities: strong project management, organization, personnel, problem-solving, data analysis, interpersonal and communication skills, plus MS Office proficiency.
• Additional: Valid driver's license and adequate vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Coach, lead and develop Workforce Center teams to meet funding requirements.
• Coordinate customer flow and service standards across partner organizations.
• Oversee referral process and outcomes between programs.
• Manage inbound/outbound phone system for the American Job Center and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Plan and facilitate weekly operations meetings to review progress and contract requirements.
• Ensure DWFS culture and best practices are implemented across the project.
