Job summary

Dynamic Works Institute is seeking a One Stop Operator to oversee multiple teams delivering workforce services across the region. You will coordinate with partners, manage referrals, and drive performance to meet funding and contract requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on supervision of operations, ensuring efficient customer flow and high-quality service across the American Job Center ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Services, or a related field required or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Minimum of five years in a service industry, with at least three years in supervisory/operations management.
• Skills: Project management, organizational, personnel, problem-solving and data analysis, plus strong communications.

Responsibilities

• Coach, lead and develop Workforce Center teams to meet funding requirements.
• Oversee customer flow and service standards across partner organizations.
• Manage referrals between programs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the AJC call system and ensure effective routing.
