Qualifications

• Associate degree or 72 credit hours to qualify.

• General Paraeducator Certificate required within stated timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and small-group instructional support under the teacher's direction.
• Assist with self-care tasks and daily living activities as needed.
• Supervise students during breaks and transit between activities.
• Record observations and progress to support IEP goals and classroom planning.
• Adhere to district policies, maintain confidentiality, and communicate with families as assigned.
