Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree (90 quarter / 60 semester) or 72 quarter / 48 semester credits or ETS ParaPro 461+.
• One year of related experience with children preferred.
• Experience in educational settings and teamwork preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the teacher in implementing IEP goals and objectives.
• Provide one-on-one support to students as assigned.
• Help with data collection and progress monitoring.
• Assist with classroom materials and lesson preparation.
• Support behavior management plans under supervision.
