Vancouver Public Schools in Washington state seeks a Special Program Paraeducator 2 for the Integrated Social Emotional Program (ISEP). This is a one-on-one support role for 6.5 hours/day, 9 months/year, non-exempt under FLSA.

You will work with students with diverse needs, implementing IEP goals and de-escalation strategies under supervision. Training and strong teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with a related educational background.
• Possess strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow district CPI and de-escalation training requirements.

Responsabilités

• Assist students in a one-on-one setting under teacher direction.
• Support educational programs and behavior management per IEPs.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and accurate data collection as assigned.
