Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) is seeking a paraprofessional/behavior aide to support K-12 students with intensive behavioral needs. You will work one-on-one with students, implement individualized behavior plans, and help track progress within an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience implementing behavioral interventions in education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with assigned student to meet goals in IEP.
• Assist in development/modification of behavioral support plans.
• Record and track data on behaviors, progress toward goals, and incidents.
• Implement behavior support strategies and de-escalation techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure plan consistency.
• Provide personal care support as needed.
• Communicate effectively with parents.
