Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) is hiring a paraprofessional/behavior aide to support K-12 students with intensive behavioral needs. You will work one-on-one or in small groups, implementing IEP goals, PBIS-based strategies, and individualized supports under supervision.

The role involves data collection, collaboration with teachers and clinicians, and ensuring a safe, positive learning environment while maintaining student dignity and progress toward goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Experience implementing behavioral interventions in an educational setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with diverse students and implement IEP goals with accommodations.
• Develop and modify behavior support plans; record data on progress and incidents.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure consistent plan implementation.
• Provide personal care support as needed and communicate with parents.
