Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, seeks a paraprofessional/behavior aide to support students with intensive behavioral needs in in-district classrooms and standalone schools.

You will implement behavior support plans, collect data, and assist in teaching life skills within a multidisciplinary team. Join SESI for paid training, credentialing support, and comprehensive benefits while contributing to smaller class sizes and data-driven, PBIS-based instructional

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in educational settings implementing behavioral interventions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work one on one with an assigned student to meet goals set forth in the IEP.
• Assist in development and modification of behavior support plans.
• Implement and track data on behaviors, progress toward goals, and incidents.
• Utilize behavior support and intervention strategies.
• Provide personal care support as needed.
• Communicate effectively with parents and collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
