Job summary

Massive Bio, Inc. is seeking a Patient Growth Manager to lead the engine that finds cancer patients and enrolls them into clinical trials.

You will own the enrollment funnel from identification through randomization, coordinating with clinical operations, technology, sites, sponsors, and CROs across countries. This leadership role scales with the company, building a team of Project Managers, removing bottlenecks, and driving throughput with a data-driven approach in a fast-growing startup

Qualifications

• Direct, hands-on experience finding and enrolling patients into clinical trials.
• Oncology experience including biomarkers, lines of therapy and eligibility for trials.
• Knowledge of clinical trial operations: protocols, eligibility criteria, screening and consent, site workflow.
• Track record of driving enrollment numbers rather than just reporting them.
• 5+ years leading operational delivery in a multi-stakeholder environment within clinical trials or healthcare.
• Experience owning a conversion funnel end-to-end and improving throughput.
• Experience scaling an operational function in a fast-growing organization.
• Experience coordinating with sites, sponsors, CROs, and external partners across countries/time zones.
• Strong analytical skills; building dashboards, using Excel, and presenting in PowerPoint.
• Structured project management with multiple parallel workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Own the patient growth and enrollment funnel end to end: identification, outreach, qualification, site referral, screening, consent, and randomization.
• Collaborate across internal teams (clinical operations, technology, provider engagement) and external partners (sites, sponsors, CROs).
• Build and manage a team of Project Managers to expand delivery capacity as volume scales.
• Drive throughput, remove friction, and ensure growth aligns with delivery capability.
• Coordinate across countries and cultures to synchronize enrollment efforts.
