Job summary

Massive Bio is building a growth engine to identify cancer patients and enroll them into clinical trials, accelerating access to innovative therapies. You will drive the end-to-end enrollment funnel from outreach to consent and randomization, coordinating with internal teams and external sites.

You will lead a fast-paced, multi-country operation, scaling processes, dashboards, and capacity while reporting to C-level leadership.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience finding and enrolling patients into clinical trials.
• Experience enrolling and screening patients; not just referrals.
• Understanding oncology indications and eligibility criteria.
• Ability to run recruitment campaigns and outbound outreach.
• 5+ years leading operational delivery in multi-stakeholder settings.
• Experience coordinating with sites, CROs, and sponsors.
• Strong analytics; dashboards and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own the patient growth and enrollment funnel end to end.
• Identify, outreach, qualification, site referral, screening, consent, and randomization.
• Collaborate with clinical operations, technology, and provider engagement.
• Scale enrollment capacity by building a team of project managers.
