Qualifications

• Direct hands-on experience finding and enrolling patients into clinical trials.
• Oncology experience and understanding of trial eligibility.
• Experience owning a full enrollment funnel end to end.
• 5+ years leading multi-stakeholder operational delivery, including clinical trials.
• Ability to build dashboards and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams and sites.
