Job summary

Massive Bio is seeking a Patient Growth Manager to lead the engine that identifies cancer patients and enrolls them into clinical trials, beginning with patient identification and eligibility assessment and guiding them through to site referral and enrollment.

You will work across internal teams and external partners to drive throughput, remove friction, and scale operations globally, including building and leading a project management team to expand delivery capacity.

Qualifications

• Direct hands-on experience finding and enrolling patients into clinical trials.
• Oncology experience with cancer indications, biomarkers, lines of therapy, and eligibility for trials.
• Knowledge of how a clinical trial runs; protocols, eligibility criteria, screening and consent, site workflow.
• Proven track record of driving enrollment numbers and throughput.
• 5+ years leading operational delivery in a multi-stakeholder environment, in clinical trials, patient recruitment, or healthcare services.
• Experience owning a conversion funnel or delivery pipeline end-to-end; measuring drop-off and improving throughput.
• Experience scaling an operational function in a fast-growing organization.
• Experience coordinating across multiple external partners (sites, vendors, sponsors) and internal teams across countries/time zones.
• Strong analytical skills; dashboards, Excel, PowerPoint for data-driven decisions.
• Structured project management discipline; multi-stream leadership.
• High energy and comfort with ambiguity; startup mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own enrollment funnel end to end from identification to onboarding.
• Coordinate with internal teams (clinical ops, technology, provider engagement) and external sites (sites, sponsors, CROs).
• Drive throughput, remove friction, and ensure growth aligns with delivery capacity.
• Build and manage a team of Project Managers to scale delivery.
• Own enrollment outcomes and the processes behind them.
