Job summary

Massive Bio is seeking a Patient Growth Manager to lead the engine that finds cancer patients and enrolls them into clinical trials. You will own the end-to-end process from patient identification to site referral, screening, consent, and randomization, coordinating across internal teams and external partners to maximize throughput.

Qualifications

• Direct, hands-on experience finding and enrolling patients into clinical trials.
• Oncology experience with biomarkers, lines of therapy, and eligibility criteria.
• Understanding of trial operations: protocols, screening, consent, site workflow.
• Proven track record in driving enrollment and throughput.
• 5+ years leading operational delivery in multi-stakeholder settings.
• Experience owning a full conversion funnel end-to-end.
• Experience scaling an operations function in a fast-growing org.
• Experience coordinating with sites, sponsors, CROs, and networks across time zones.
• Strong analytical skills; builds dashboards and uses Excel for decision making.
• Structured project management with multi-threaded workstreams.
• High energy, comfortable with ambiguity; startup mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own enrollment funnel end to end: identification, outreach, qualification, site referral, screening, consent, and randomization.
• Collaborate with internal teams (clinical ops, technology, provider engagement) and external partners (sites, sponsors, CROs, networks) to drive throughput and remove friction.
• As volume scales, hire and lead Project Managers to expand delivery capacity; own enrollment outcomes and related processes.
