Job summary

Massive Bio is hiring a Patient Growth Manager to lead the engine that identifies cancer patients and brings them into clinical trials. This role focuses on early identification and referral to appropriate trial sites, coordinating across internal teams and external partners.

You will own the enrollment funnel end to end, driving throughput, reducing friction, and scaling operations to support rapid growth and global trial access.

Qualifications

• Experience finding and enrolling patients into clinical trials; direct outreach and referral pathways.
• Oncology knowledge and understanding of trial eligibility, biomarkers, and lines of therapy.
• Proficiency with trial protocols, screening, consent, site workflows, and bottlenecks.

Responsibilities

• Own the patient growth and enrollment funnel end to end: identification, outreach, qualification, site referral, screening, consent, and randomization.
• Collaborate with clinical operations, technology, and provider engagement teams and external sites, sponsors, CROs to maximize throughput.
• Build and lead a team of project managers as volume scales.
