Massive Bio is seeking a Patient Growth Manager to lead the engine that identifies cancer patients and enrolls them into clinical trials. You will own the end-to-end enrollment funnel—identification, outreach, qualification, site referral, screening, consent, and randomization—across internal and external teams and partners to drive throughput.

You will build scalable processes, manage a growing team, and work across countries and time zones to accelerate access to trials for patients.

Qualifikationen

• Direct, hands-on experience finding and enrolling patients into clinical trials; led recruitment campaigns or built referral pathways.
• Oncology experience; familiarity with cancer indications, biomarkers, lines of therapy, and eligibility considerations.
• Knowledge of trial operations: protocols, eligibility criteria, screening, consent, site workflow.
• Track record of driving enrollment numbers and improving throughput.
• 5+ years in operations delivery within clinical trials, patient recruitment, or healthcare services.
• Experience owning a conversion funnel or delivery pipeline end to end; identify bottlenecks and optimize throughput.
• Experience scaling an operational function in a fast-growing org with repeatable processes.
• Experience coordinating with sites, sponsors, CROs, and cross-country partners.
• Strong analytical skills; build dashboards, use Excel, present in PowerPoint.
• Structured project management with ability to run multiple workstreams to deadlines.
• Comfort with ambiguity and startup dynamics.

• Own enrollment outcomes and the processes behind them.
• Lead and scale a team of Project Managers as volume grows.
• Identify open studies for eligible patients and guide them to the appropriate site for treatment.
• Coordinate with clinical operations, technology, provider engagement, sites, sponsors, CROs, and networks to maximize throughput.
