Job summary

Massive Bio is seeking a Patient Growth Manager to lead the engine that identifies cancer patients and brings them into the relevant clinical trials. We start upstream by finding eligible patients and guiding them through to enrollment at a site.

You will own the enrollment funnel end to end: identification, outreach, qualification, site referral, screening, consent, and randomization. You will work with clinical operations, technology, and provider engagement to scale throughput and build a

Qualifications

• Experience finding and enrolling patients into clinical trials.
• Oncology experience and understanding of trial eligibility criteria.
• Hands-on knowledge of trial protocols, screening, consent, and site workflow.
• Track record of driving enrollment numbers and throughput.
• 5+ years leading operational delivery in multi-stakeholder environments, including clinical trials.
• Experience owning a conversion funnel and improving throughput.
• Ability to scale an operational function with repeatable processes.
• Experience coordinating with sites, sponsors, CROs, and vendors across countries/time zones.
• Strong analytical skills and experience building dashboards in Excel/PowerPoint.
• Structured project management discipline and ability to run multiple workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the patient growth and enrollment funnel end to end: identification, outreach, qualification, site referral, screening, consent, and randomization.
• Collaborate with clinical operations, technology, and provider engagement teams to drive throughput and reduce bottlenecks.
• Lead and grow a team of Project Managers as volume scales.
• Coordinate with external partners (sites, sponsors, CROs) to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
