Job summary

Massive Bio is growing quickly and building a Patient Growth Manager to lead the engine that finds cancer patients and enrolls them into clinical trials across sites and countries.

This role starts with identifying eligible patients, guiding them through outreach, screening, consent, and site referral, coordinating with clinical operations, technology, providers, sponsors, CROs, and site networks to scale enrollment responsibly.

Qualifications

• Direct, hands‑on experience finding and enrolling patients into clinical trials.
• Oncology experience with cancer indications and trial eligibility.
• Knowledge of trial operations: protocols, screening, consent, site workflow.
• Track record of driving enrollment and improving throughput.
• 5+ years leading operational delivery in multi‑stakeholder settings.
• Experience owning a conversion funnel end‑to‑end; measure drop‑off and bottlenecks.
• Experience scaling an operational function in a fast‑growing org.
• Coordination across external partners and internal teams across countries/time zones.
• Strong analytical skills; dashboards, Excel, PowerPoint for data‑driven decisions.
• Structured project management; multi‑streams to deadlines.
• High energy and comfort with ambiguity in a startup

Responsibilities

• Own enrollment funnel end to end: identification, outreach, qualification, site referral, screening, consent, and randomization.
• Work with internal teams (clinical operations, technology, provider engagement) and external stakeholders (sites, sponsors, CROs) to drive throughput.
• Build and lead a team of Project Managers as volume scales.
• Drive growth engine for enrollment with a focus on delivering outcomes.
• Ensure growth does not outpace delivery capacity.
