Job summary

Massive Bio is rapidly expanding its Patient Growth function to identify cancer patients eligible for clinical trials and bring them to the right sites worldwide.

You will own the enrollment funnel end to end—identification, outreach, qualification, site referral, screening, consent, and randomization—and collaborate with clinical operations, technology, and sponsor networks to push throughput while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience finding and enrolling patients into clinical trials; campaign and referral work.
• Oncology experience; familiarity with trial eligibility, biomarkers, lines of therapy.

Responsibilities

• Own enrollment funnel end to end: identification, outreach, qualification, site referral, screening, consent, and randomization.
• Collaborate across clinical operations, technology, and sponsor networks to drive throughput and remove friction.
• Build and lead a team of project managers as volume scales.
