Job summary

Massive Bio is building a Patient Growth Manager role to lead the end-to-end process of identifying cancer patients and enrolling them into clinical trials across sites, sponsors, and networks. You will own the growth engine, from outreach to consent, coordinating with clinical operations, technology, and external partners to drive throughput.

The role emphasizes scaling enrollment, reducing bottlenecks, and delivering outcomes at pace in a fast-growing, global context.

Qualifications

• Direct, hands-on experience finding and enrolling patients into clinical trials.
• Experience with oncology trials or cancer indications is a plus.
• Ability to build physician referral pathways and outbound patient outreach.

Responsibilities

• Own the patient growth and enrollment funnel end to end: identification, outreach, qualification, site referral, screening, consent, and randomization.
• Collaborate with internal teams (clinical operations, technology, provider engagement) and external partners (sites, sponsors, CROs).
• Scale enrollment operations by building repeatable processes and planning for growth.
