Job summary

GSK is seeking a field-based Territory Manager to cover the Washington state and Alaska oncology landscape. You will build trusted partnerships with care teams, develop territory plans, and drive patient access and measurable results across cross-functional teams.

You will work with medical affairs, market access, and commercial operations to ensure timely therapies and compliant field programs, while traveling within the territory as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and 3+ years in pharmaceutical or oncology sales with direct physician engagement.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive within the assigned territory.
• Residence within the assigned territory; relocation not provided.
• Willingness to travel 30–50% within the territory as needed.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with oncologists, specialty pharmacists, nurse navigators, and institutional accounts.
• Create and execute clear territory business plans aligned with commercial goals.
• Identify key prescribers and accounts; apply resources to support needs and priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve patient access and timely therapies.
• Use insights and data to prioritize actions, set goals, and measure performance.
• Support launches and local promotional activities through field programs.
