GSK is seeking a field-based Oncology Territory Manager to cover the Washington state territory. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (BA/BS).
• Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical, biologic, specialty sales, or clinical oncology with direct physician or institutional engagement.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive within the assigned territory; driving is an essential function.
• Residence within the assigned territory; relocation assistance is not provided.
• Willingness to travel 30–50% depending on territory needs; may include overnights and weekend conferences.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with oncologists, specialty pharmacists, nurse navigators, and institutional accounts.
• Create and execute territory business plans aligned with broader commercial goals.
• Identify key prescribers and accounts and allocate resources accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve patient access and therapy availability.
• Use insights and data to set goals and measure performance.
• Support launches and local promotional activities through coordinated field programs.
